What you buy
A licence to use Blender add-ons made by OmniViz Studio, delivered as a download, with a licence key. One licence key per purchase; it can be activated on up to 2 computers that you use. You may use the add-ons for personal and commercial work. You may not share, resell or publish the add-ons or the licence key.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Private buyers in the European Union pay Czech VAT (21 %), shown at checkout. Businesses with an EU VAT number that is valid in the EU VIES register pay the price without VAT (reverse charge: the buyer accounts for the VAT); businesses in the Czech Republic pay Czech VAT. Buyers outside the EU pay the price shown, without EU VAT. Every paid order comes with an invoice. Payment is made through PayPal, and by card through our payment gateway (Comgate) when it is offered at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
As soon as the payment is confirmed, your licence key and a private download link are shown on your order page and sent to the email address you gave. The download link can be used up to 20 times.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU law, digital content supplied immediately is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal once you have asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose this right. At checkout you are asked to do both. If an add-on does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will help you or refund you.
Updates and support
Updates within the same major version (for example 2.x) are free. Support by email at info@omniviz.studio.
Personal data
We keep your name, email, country and order details to deliver your purchase, send your licence key and meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell or share them, except with the payment provider that processes your payment.
Law
These terms are governed by Czech law. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
